Delivery

All items are ready-stock. Order will be shipped within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.

The estimated delivery time is:

West/Peninsular Malaysia: 3 to 5 working days

East Malaysia: 7 to 10 working days

Singapore: 7 working days

We include tracking information for every order. For every successful order on our website customers will receive automatic notification via email, in which customers will receive a tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may not be available for a few days, so don't worry if you don't see anything right away! We recommend waiting 3-5 days before checking. If you do not see anything after 5 days please contact us via Instagram: @skinnroses.my

Please double check postage details (phone number, correct email, door number, etc ...) when completing your order. We do not take responsibility for stolen or missing packages. 

Return & Refund Policy

For any return and refund, customers must inform our team within 7 calendar days after delivery. This applies ONLY if the items they received are incorrect, damaged, or defective. All Return & Refund requests should be accompanied by visual proofs (photos and/or videos).

1) "Incorrect" item:

Definition: The item is not the item stated on the order summary. Product name, size, or type is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

For incorrect item, Customer should return the incorrect item back to Skin N' Roses before we can proceed to resend the correct item. The incorrect item returned should still be unopened and intact in its original packaging without any damage. Any additional shipping costs are borne by Skin N' Roses. If Customer is unable or refuse to return the incorrect item back to Skin N' Roses, the Customer can opt for a partial refund of not more than 20% from the price difference (for a cheaper priced item). Customer can to refund via bank transfer. Refund via Bank Transfer will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in Customer's bank account. 

2) "Damaged" item:

Definition: The item is found already damaged to the extent it can no longer be used at time of delivery and NOT caused by the courier service provider.

For damaged item, Customer should return the damaged item back to Skin N' Roses before we can proceed to send them a replacement. The damaged item returned should precisely match all visual proofs (photos and/or videos) provided by the Customer. Any additional shipping costs are borne by Skin N' Roses. If Customer is unable or refuse to return the damaged item back to Skin N' Roses, the Customer can opt for a partial refund of not more than 50% from the selling price. Customer can refund via bank transfer. Refund via Bank Transfer will take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in Customer's bank account. 

3) "Defective" item:

Definition: The packaging of the Product is malfunction due to factory manufacturing error or any other kinds of manufacturing defect to the product EXCEPT for minor ink smudges to the silkscreen and/or box printing.

For defective item, Customer should return the defective item back to Skin N' Roses before we can proceed to send them a replacement. The defective item returned should precisely match all visual proofs (photos and/or videos) provided by the Customer. Any additional shipping costs are borne by Skin N' Roses.
